DESCRIPTION

Shift Leaders ensures the teammate and guest experience- both in and out of the restaurant.

Our Shift Leaders provide leadership that serves both our teammates and guests by showing care, compassion, direction, enthusiasm and service that goes above and beyond at all times.  Shift Leaders are trained in multiple areas, including: leading the Noble Bird team, providing guests with memorable experiences, and business management.  As a Shift Leader you will make sure all aspects of the restaurant are supported.  You will be working in a lively and dynamic environment using your ability to multitask with efficiency and professionalism in a company that cares about YOU and your personal success.

EXPERIENCE

  • Required: Previous leadership experience, previous customer service.

EDUCATION

  • Required: High School or better.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Required: Food Handlers Card (required upon first date of training), Allergen ServSafe and TIPS (within 30 days of hire - company paid)
