Our menu is 100% dairy-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free (excluding coconut), fish-free and shellfish- free.
We do source products that share facilities with ALL of the TOP 10 allergens.
If cross contact at a factory or shared line level is of importance to you, please ask to speak to with the manager on duty so that we can help you with suitable menu selections for your safety. Please do this at EVERY visit and with every order as menu items and preparation processes may change at any time.
Noble Rotisserie is committed to laying a foundation of culture and training that takes great care and consideration of individuals affected by food allergies. We hope to provide a safe and transparent dining choice for as many guests as possible.
Within 30 days of hire, all of our teammates are required to complete the ServSafe Allergens Online Training Course in order to better accommodate guests with food allergies, in addition to California mandated ServSafe Food Handlers training requirements. To minimize the risk of cross-contact and to provide the best possible dining experience for our food allergic guests, Nobel Rotisserie enlists the following good practices:
All goods entering our building are inspected prior to acceptance to avoid any cross contact.
Any goods that are not made from scratch (of which there are very few) will have a no substitution policy unless previously approved by managment/ownership to be inspected for ingredient list and cross contact risk at a packing & processing facility level.
Any orders identified as belonging to a guest with food allergies will be:
Prepared using fresh pans + utensils + new gloves
Plated and delivered in to-go containers that have been sealed and stored individually. Utensils will be individually wrapped.
Delivered tableside by a Manager or Shift Lead on duty.
If an individual or member of a party identifies themselves as having a food allergy the supervisor or manager on duty will ensure that the guest’s prospective table and chairs have been cleaned and sanitized.
Please let us know before you select your seat so that we may assist in properly clean your dining space.
If you would like to use your own wipes for your dining surfaces please know we are not offended. We were founded by an allergy family. We understand.
Please ask any questions that you would like (you’re never bothering us) and please do take a peek in our exhibition kitchen to assess your level of comfort dining with us!
A special note for allergy families following our relocation:
We remain committed to being dairy‑free, peanut‑ and tree‑nut‑free, and fish‑ and shellfish‑free, and we can confidently accommodate guests with those specific allergens.
If there are any additional allergens in your family’s list beyond those, please let us know ahead of time. Because the new kitchen is smaller and the layout is new to us, we’ll need to review anything outside our core allergen‑free commitments to make sure we can prepare food safely without cross‑contamination. Some requests may now require additional notice or an alternative solution due to our smaller kitchen.
We’re so grateful for your trust in us and look forward to welcoming you in the new space soon.
